It the article the role of ideological doctrine is analysed as a method of ideological and value components of the party ideology transmission on different levels of its manifestation (theoretical, conceptual, party programme, practical, actualized levels). The functional potential of doctrine principles is considered, their influence upon different sides of party life participants’ activity.
